Episode 26 - 07 May 2009
* Water-Ski: The Namibian Open Water-ski championships took place at the S von Bach Dam near Okahandja in March. Close to 30 skiers took part in the Slalom trick and jump events over a three-day period, tonight we take a look at the Trick and Jump events.
* Athletics: The Frankie Fredericks Invitational took place on the 3rd April 2009. Selectors from the NSSU were present to finalize the teams to present Namibia internationally. A number of athletes also qualified for scholarships, sponsored by Coca Cola and the Frankie Fredericks Foundation.
* Hockey: The Windhoek Old Boys ladies team took on DTS in one of their league matches. This fast paced game offered loads of action, and here are some of the highlights of that match.
Episode 25 - 30 April 2009
* Rugby: The Windhoek Rugby Club staged their first ever 7 a side rugby tournament. In the last couple of weeks we saw how Rehoboth Rugby Club and Wanderers progressed to the finals. Tonight is that long awaited final. The event was sponsored by Spes Bona Motors.
* Water-Ski: The last water-ski tournament for the 2008 and 2009 national season drew to a close at the S. von Bach dam in March. A total of 28 skiers ranging from bambino to masters took to the water to impress the international Judges in the Slalom, Trick and Jump events over a three day period.
* Squash: Sixteen of the top players in the country were invited to participate in the Trustco top sixteen squash competition. The top sixteen men and women in the country fought it out for the title in the three day event. Wanderers Squash courts was the venue, and tonight the men is in action in their final.
Episode 24 - 23 April 2009
* Rugby: The Windhoek Rugby Club hosted their first annual seven a side rugby tournament at the Hage Geingob stadium. This tournament drew the top teams from across the country, and tonight we feature the semi-final match between the two teams from Rehoboth. It was a heated affair between Rehoboth Rugby club and Reho Falcons.
* Athletics: The Coca-Cola National athletics championships produced some shining stars. The two-day event took place at the Windhoek Independence stadium. It was a weekend of identifying the cream of the crop for the prestigious upcoming Coca-Cola Frank Fredericks athletics tournament a week later. In the 100m and 200m sprints the star of the show was Merlyn Diamond, take a look at the action.
Episode 23 - 16 April 2009
* Rugby: The Windhoek rugby club hosted their first ever 7 a side rugby tournament at the Hage Geingob Stadium on the 13th and 14th of March this year. Most of the major clubs were represented at the event. In tonight`s delivery we see Wanderers taking on Windhoek Rugby Club.
* Athletics: The second leg of the Coca Cola top ten is a preliminary for the National schools event with only the top ten events in athletics featured in the competition. This form of athletics is an explosive mix of track and field events with only the top of local athletes taking part in the respective disciplines.
* Squash: Trustco sponsored the Trustco Top 16 competition. The cream of squash in Namibia was represented at the event and tonight we look at the final of the ladies event.
Episode 22 - 09 April 2009
* Rugby: The Windhoek rugby club hosted their first ever 7 a side rugby tournament at the Hage Geingob Stadium on the 13th and 14th of March this year. Tonight you can watch the 7’s final between Jan Mohr high School and Windhoek Technical High.
* Athletics: The first leg of the Coca Cola top ten is a preliminary for the National schools event with only the top ten events in Athletics featured in the competition. This form of athletics is an explosive mix of track and field events with only the top of local athletes taking part in the respective disciplines.
* Beach Volleyball: The annual Swakopmund Hotel and Entertainment center beach volleyball tournament usually draw quite a bit of attention amongst visiting South Africans. Last year two South African teams ended up in men’s finals. Take a look at how the action unfolded in that match.
Episode 21 - 02 April 2009
* Rugby: The Windhoek rugby club hosted their first ever 7 a side rugby tournament at the Hage Geingob Stadium on the 13th and 14th of March this year. Our first match features the Schools semi-final match between Dawid Bezuidenhoudt and HTS.
* Drag Racing: The first leg of the newly founded National Drag Racing Championship took place at the Okahandja Airstrip on the 7th of March. Plus minus 4 000 fans attended the event and so did the SuperScore team.
* Beach Volleyball: The Swakomund Hotel and Casino hosted their annual beach volleyball competition in December last year. Tonight is the first final of the tournament and we look at the two South African Ladies teams that ended up in the final
Episode 20 - 26 March 2009
* Swimming: Swim for life held its annual fun day event on Saturday the 21st of February at the Katatura swimming pool. A calm and relaxing ambience filled the air due to the change in requirements that were expected from participants, throughout the day.
* Beach Volleyball: The Swakomund Hotel and Casino hosted their annual beach volleyball competition in December last year. Tonight we see Namibians Rector and Mweta in action against the South African team in their semi final matches.
* Cycling: The Okahandja Cycling Club hosted the 2009 National Road Race Championship towards the end of February. The riders went on a scenic trip on the Gross Barmen road with some participants riding a distance of 138km
Episode 19 - 19 March 2009
* Enduro Racing: Tony Rust Race track hosted the first National event on the Endurance Calendar. Close to fifty riders took on the cool and wet conditions and we see the first ever Junior Enduro Race in Namibia.
* Beach Volleyball: The Swakomund Hotel and Casino hosted their annual beach volleyball competition in December last year. In the previous couple of weeks, we saw the ladies in action, and in the following two deliveries of the volleyball we will see the men in action in their semi final matches.
* Wrestling: Teams, I-Dream Africa, Alte Feste and The Spartans went to the mat in an interclub competition at Windhoek High Technical School. The competition were contested in two categories namely Greco Roman and Freestyle. In the show tonight Johannes Hamateni takes us through the Freestyle matches.

* Faustball: Tonight we take a look at the match between the Namibian and Swiss boys. The team from Switzerland brought a contingent of close to 50 spectators along with the team, the atmosphere was electric with every match involving the Swiss teams.
* Beach Volleyball: We take a look at the annual Swakopmund Hotel and Entertainment Centre Beach Volleyball tournament. We join the ladies in the second part of the Semi – Finals.
* Wrestling: Teams, I-Dream Africa, Alte Feste and The Spartans went to the mat in an interclub competition at Windhoek High Technical School. The competition were contested in two categories namely Greco Roman and Freestyle. In the show tonight, we take a look at the Greco Roman discipline, Johannes Hamateni takes us through the matches play by play.

* Water – Ski : a Total of 29 skiers took part in the Slalom, Trick and Jump events at the S von Bach dam. Last week we saw Luke Schmidt and Andre Mostert fighting it out in the slalom event and tonight we turn our attention to the trick, Jump and Grand prix events.
