Episode 27

* Water-Ski: The Namibia National Open Water-ski championship took place in March. The event attracted a total of 28 skiers from Namibia and some of South Africa`s best. In Tonight’s show we concentrate on the top five in the slalom event.

* Drag Racing: The Okahandja air strip recently hosted the 2nd National Drag Racing event. This sport is growing in popularity with every event and the quality of the vehicles has improved dramatically. Tonight you can join the team at the drag strip for the action.

* Hockey: The DTS inline hockey fields played host to most of the indoor league matches during the season, and Superscore was there to film some of the action. In our first featured match, we brought you top-notch action in the match between the Windhoek Old Boys ladies team and the DTS girls. Tonight you can see the gentlemen in action.

Episode 24

1) Tyres - Retreaded tyres are very popular especially amongst transport companies. Many taxies also make use of retreaded tyres as these tyres are as good as new if the correct process for retreading is used. The WHEELS ON ONE camera-crew visited Trentyre`s engineering department to film the process.

2)  Road Test – Mahindra Scorpio 2.5TD Single Cab 4x4 - Mahindra is of the first Indian pioneers to hit the local market and has been going from strength to strength. A fortnight ago we tested Mahindra`s Bolero and Tonight we feature the Scorpio 2.5 TD Single Cab 4x4.

3) Road Test –Hyundai Tucson CRD - One of the best selling SUV’s on the road, you need only look around when driving to know that this claim is not exaggerated. Hyundai has recently introduced a new-look Tucson into its range and Hyundai`s Sales Manager, Andre Pietersen showed us some of the new Tucson`s off-road abilities. 

4) Biodiesel - Biodiesel is a product that is not really known in Namibia. Sustec Biofuel Namibia is collecting used cooking oil and processing it into an environmentally friendly form of diesel. While filming the interview a farmer from Gobabis came to fill up his bakkie and told us how well the Biodiesel works for him.

5) Vasbyt 4x4 - The Tracks & Trails 4x4 Club staged the Windhoek Lager Day- Night 4x4 Vasbyt in Windhoek recently. Competitors from as far as Tsumeb, Rundu and Walvisbay put their driving skills to the test managing some of the toughest obstacles thinkable.
